 Best Raw Cake!

”The cookies and cream raw cake was the best cake I've ever had. My children keep asking to go back there, they've got no idea it was healthy. Great coffee and delicious gnocchi too.”

 Healthy and Relaxing

”We stumbled across Alchemy passing through as tourists in the area. What a gem, so very different to the usual cafes. The food was healthy and very tasty. It is more than a cafe with food and drinks, it also offers a vast array of alternative therapies, books, suppliments etc. I wished I had a place like this close to where I lived."

Fresh and Inviting

"Welcoming, fresh, wholesome and healthy. We had morning tea here, and as we left grabbed an ice cream, even though it was cool outside. Visiting here left us feeling invigorated for the long journey back to Launceston. Great staff, great everything"

Just gets better and better!

While I often drop into Alchemy for a vegan ice cream (divine!) or coffee (Dirty Hippy is fantastic), it had been a while since I'd had a meal there. I recently went with my son and his fiancé (from Victoria) and we were all SO impressed with our meals! I had the herb and walnut mince with sweet potato chips,...

Healthy Plus

After attending a Fermentation Workshop with Caleb, it was a Cultured Food Platter for us for lunch. There was a big range of foods on the platter, and we were left feeling very satisfied. We polished it off with an icecream - it's great to eat food you know is absolutely healthy. There is free Kombucha tea available, and water is provided. We thought it was a little on the expensive side, but that's the price of being healthy. The staff were extremely friendly, and the service was excellent. If you want something different and good for you, and aren't afraid to pay for it, go here. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Quirky Cafe

Had a lovely lunch here. While the focus is on healthy, gluten free eating (and I'm a bread eating carnivore type) don't let that put you off because the dining options are a great mix. Great coffee, great staff, yummy food. There is also a natural therapy centre attached if you fancy a massage! Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4.30pm. Well worth the trip.

Health & Wellness

Peter and Grada’s passion for wholesome nourishing foods have been passed on to daughter Eve who has stepped into their shoes to take Alchemy Cafe to the next level.

Food is something that brings people together and Alchemy ticks all the boxes for the ideal place to eat out with great coffee and tea, friendly service, warm cosy atmosphere, guilt free food that’s it made with love and care from fresh, local and mostly organic ingredients.
